By accessing sdear.com or purchasing products from sdear, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
All sdear products are limited editions, handmade to order. Production times vary by collection and are displayed on each product page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where payment cannot be verified or items are unavailable.
Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties unless stated. Payment is processed securely via our payment partner (Stripe). By placing an order you authorize us to charge the total amount.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination; complimentary shipping applies above the threshold shown at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging. See our Returns page for the full process.
For consumers in the European Union/UK, you additionally have a legal 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, counted from the day you (or a third party) receive the goods. This statutory right is separate from, and not limited by, our 30-day policy.
All designs, images, text, and content on this site are the exclusive property of sdear or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sdear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sdear is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
